How Does It Work?

Restaurants simply add an “Order Now” button to their existing website and social media accounts to begin accepting online orders for pickup or delivery. We provide the technology to receive, print and manage incoming orders through a simple interface.

  • A customer finds your restaurant through Google search, social media links, or by scanning a QR code. They browse your menu and add items to their cart and submit payment.

  • Your OrderDirect tablet displays and alert that a new order has arrived. You accept the order, give it an estimated prep time and prepare it for delivery.

  • After accepting the rider, we automatically pair your order with the best available delivery rider, who accepts the delivery route through our dedicated courier app.
